What are the Rotaract UN Days?

Rotaract UN Days is an international gathering designed to inspire and empower the next generation of changemakers by providing direct access to the United Nations system and international organizations in Geneva.

This 3-days event allows the participants to meet high level leaders of the UN agencies on site. They will be sitting where major worldwide decisions are being taken. It will be a unique opportunity to learn about the worldwide governance and also to share their experience, knowledge, ideas and energy with like minded leaders.

Hosting Rotaract UN Days in Geneva allows participants to:

Throwback to the 2024 edition!

The 1st edition of the Rotaract UN Days took place from 30 October to 2 November 2024 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, in collaboration with the United Nations.

The event gathered more than 200 participants from over 50 nationalities, representing all five continents. It brought together Rotaractors, Rotarians, young leaders, diplomats, and representatives of international organizations. Around 10 international organizations were involved, including UN Geneva, World Health Organization, CERN, and World Intellectual Property Organization.
The programme focused on key global issues such as human rights, health, migration, peacebuilding, and sustainable development. It aimed to strengthen youth engagement in multilateral cooperation and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Overall, the event served as a platform for networking, dialogue, and empowering the next generation of global leaders.
